“They put a ballot down where they’re talking about ‘incumbent’ Republican, and the other one. Most people don’t know in Alaska — and a lot of other states, too — what does incumbent mean? I don’t know what incumbent means,” he said.
So I guess the DOJ theory is that Republican voters are as stupid as the President is. That should get thrown out of court quickly: I refuse to believe that a majority of even Republicans could be as stupid as the idiot in the White House.
