Appeals court rules against DOJ in California ballot fight
9th Circuit panel basically says “you can’t give a judge only 3 hours and then appeal because they were too slow” along with “even on the merits your lawsuit is nuts.” I’m sure we haven’t heard the last of this, but it’s good to see sanity so far.
Also, I feel like every post about election lawsuits filed by the DOJ now needs to include “Todd Blanche should be impeached and disbarred” as a routine observation.
