Trump launches $25 million whistleblower incentive program; Nick Shirley receives first payout
So Trump has somehow found a $25M slush fund to give away and says “I’ll determine whether or not the person is deserving…and I will be very generous.” Where did this money come from? How is this even legal and not just bald-faced theft from the taxpayers?
