I’d like to vote for the proposed Eugene Clean Energy Fund. Unfortunately the proponents have, in my opinion, tried to load too many goals into this thing, with the likely result that it won’t accomplish any of them. I’d vote for a clean “tax the billionaires and fight climate change” law.
