People worry about the paperclip problem - what if an AI takes an innocuous directive as an excuse to destroy humanity? Personally, I worry more about the depressed teenager problem - what if an angsty 15-year-old just straight out tells the AI to destroy humanity? (Or a megalomaniac wannabe king of the USA does the same thing out of spite).
